We collect the minimum information needed to provide the service, and we do not retain the content of the messages you forward after they have been processed.
Your WhatsApp number: used to identify you, deliver replies, and apply your plan limits.
Your preferences: such as your chosen output language.
Message content you forward: the voice or text messages you send to the bot are processed in order to transcribe, translate, or summarize them. This content is processed transiently and is not stored after your reply is generated.
Usage data: counts of translations and summaries used, so we can apply your plan limits, and your subscription status.
Payment information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your card details — the processor handles this securely.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
To operate the service, we rely on trusted third-party providers, including the WhatsApp/Meta platform for message delivery, providers for speech-to-text transcription and translation, infrastructure and database providers, and a payment processor. These providers process data only as needed to perform their function, and each has its own privacy policy.
We do not retain the content of forwarded voice or text messages once processing is complete. We retain limited account information — your WhatsApp number, language preference, usage counts, and subscription status — for as long as your account is active. If you stop using the service and ask us to delete your data, we will do so within 30 days.
Our website uses only essential cookies needed for the site to function. We do not use tracking or third-party advertising cookies.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EU, you have additional rights under the GDPR, including data portability and the right to object to processing.
